  • Scheduling: We’ve added support for Default Schedule Status, allowing Workspace Admins to define the status used automatically for new scheduled items. Read more about Schedule Statuses.

  • Protect your account with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). You can now use Passkeys and Authenticator Apps alongside your password for a more secure sign-in experience. Set up your preferred authentication methods in User Preferences.

New Features

Timeline & Scheduling

  • Navigate your schedule without interruption. The timeline now flows seamlessly as you scroll to new date ranges, with a manual toggle available if you prefer the classic behaviour, and there are new arrows for panning to next ranges.
  • We’ve overhauled timeline navigation with new zoom buttons and “snapping” to common intervals.
  • You can also use keyboard shortcuts to zoom (+/-) and pan with left and right arrows.
  • The view now intelligently switches to Week or Month levels based on your zoom depth.
  • Use the new “Show As Full Day In” setting to make high-level schedules easier to read.
  • Combined with the new Working Hours setting at the Workspace level, you can now define exactly what constitutes an “day” range for your team.
  • We added background highlighting for weekends and a hover-based time indicator to help you pinpoint slots with zero guesswork.

Advanced Quote Management

  • Organizational Shortcuts: You can now use Folders and Shortcuts to pin your Quotes to the left menu.
  • Ownership Control: To help with handoffs, you can now change the Creator/Owner of a Quote and this can be included as the “Issuer” in the PDF export.
  • A new “Reference” toggle in Export Settings gives you more control over what your clients see in the exported Quote PDFs.
  • We’ve also added a dedicated Contact field at Quote level, and an Issuer Address in Workspace Quote Settings, for more complete Quotes.

Other Improvements

  • New Workspaces on cirkus.com are now created as Trials (Pro), the Free Workspace plan has been removed.
  • Global Security: For better account control, the Reset Password flow now includes a “Sign out of all devices” option.
  • Smart Project Selection: When moving tasks, projects within your current Workspace now appear at the top of the list, saving you from scrolling.
  • Rotating Refresh Tokens are now supported for Forge Rock SSO.

  • Schedule: Tailor your Timeline by setting custom heights for specific resources, allowing you to prioritize the views that matter most. In Edit Mode in the Timeline, set the Cell Height on individual rows in the options menu, and save the preferences to your View. You can also use the “Cell Height” option in the bottom bar menu to quickly apply presets to every row at once for a compact or comfortable view of the whole Schedule.

  • Smarter Date Picker: “Today” is now automatically selected when updating time entries.

  • Due Date Reminders & Filters
    We’ve replaced the default “day before” reminder with Custom Task Due Reminder intervals (before or after a task is due).
    These can be set at Workspace, Task Template or Task level.
    To help you plan, we’ve also added new Due Date filters for Today, Tomorrow, and the Coming Days (3 or 7 days), which now refresh automatically every 24 hours.
  • You can now add Description and Sell Rate columns to the Quote grid and toggle column visibility. Plus, column widths are now saved after resizing, and the Quote list updates in real-time.

  • We’ve added a Tasks Grid View, giving you a customizable, table-style layout to easily sort, filter, and manage your tasks. Access the new View Mode in the bottom right of all Tasks views by clicking on Grid.
    Optimize your workflow by selecting the columns you want to see, resize, and reorder directly from the table.
  • In the Schedule, you can now use Custom Date Ranges. Want to see the plan for the next two weeks? Click on the Date the top of the Schedule and use the Range option to select the start and end of the dates you want to see.
  • You can now paste files directly into comments from the clipboard to add more context to your chats.

    New Features

    • You can now set a Schedule Status on your Bookings and Tasks. Whether you need to pencil in resources for a Booking that is not confirmed, or letting people know that a session is definitely happening, Schedule Statuses can help.
      The available Statuses are set on the Workspace, of type Confirmed or Unconfirmed. They also have a color which can be  shown in the Schedule. Status changes are recorded in the history and notified to those involved.
    • In the Workspace you can select the order of colors applied to Tasks and Bookings in the Schedule. If you want to see confirmed bookings at a glance, or all the work for key Projects, this information is presented to all your Schedule users in the same way. You can set Schedule Color Order from Project Color, Booking Color or Status Color , and the order in which they are applied.
    • We’ve also expanded the Indicator bar on the left of the Schedule cells. Previously used for Time Reporting status, now  you can decide to show the Time Report Status, Project Color, Schedule Color or Booking Color in the left side of the cell. Set this in your personal Schedule Preferences in the toolbar.
    • For Workspaces, Projects, Bookings and Tasks you can export a Utilization report to a csv file, showing all Booked and Reported time in the one report.
    • When making a Booking or Scheduled task, it’s now possible to see if the Involved is already booked at the selected time, with an orange busy dot in the Involved list. You can still book them, it’s just for information!
    • In Advanced Search, we added the ability to search by Project Template.
